Growing up in NY, I am always longing for a delicious NY style pizza and Pete's is almost perfect. The sauce and seasonings are just how I remember however they a a little heavy handed with the cheese and the crust could be chewier. Still this is the best pizza around and saves me a long, long drive.
We loved it - the crust was great, and the staff were very pleasant. It was quiet early on a Friday evening but the takeout business was steady, and the restaurant picked up as we left. The seating and Ms. Pac Man/Galaga machine were right out of the 70s/80s, and we thought it perfect!
Yummy Hawaiian pizza! Not worth $25ish but pretty good pizza. The atmosphere is outdated with booths reminiscent of a 1980s roller skating rink, but the pizza was still pretty good. Had to wait just 15 minutes on a Saturday night which was not bad.
